At least four people died on Tuesday after an armed man opened fire at a kindergarten school in central Russia’s Ulyanovsk, AFP reported citing the Interfax news agency.
“We confirm the shooting and that there are four bodies,” regional authorities were quoted by AFP, while a source in law enforcement told news agency TASS that two children were killed in the attack.
