The Income Tax Department of India has named Akshay Kumar the highest taxpayer in the Hindi film industry yet again. Despite the fact that the actor has not commented on the development, a photo of a ‘Samaan Patra’ with which he is being honoured is going viral on social media platforms. This is the first time the actor has received the honour. According to reports, Khiladi Kumar, the director of several successful Bollywood films, has held the title of ‘highest taxpayer’ for the past five years.
Akshay’s fans are overjoyed and have been showering him with congratulations on social media. Sharing a photo of an appreciation letter written by one of them, “The Income Tax Department has awarded Superstar @akshaykumar a Samman Patra for being the highest tax payer in the Hindi film industry. Before calling him a Canadian, his detractors must see this.”
