Tri-Nation International Football Tournament

Seasoned goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, who is currently part of the Indian squad at the ongoing tri-nation international football tournament, has said that he is always hungry to play for the national team.

India edged Myanmar 1-0 in the opening game of the Tri-nation international football tournament, but head coach Igor Stimac opined that the scoreline could have been wider given the hosts' complete dominance in the game.

India clinched a 1-0 victory over Myanmar at the Khuman Lampak Stadium, in the opening match of the Tri-Nation International Football Tournament on Wednesday.
