A man in Uttar Pradesh's Pilibhit district who committed suicide after killing an 18-year-old girl who rejected his proposal, has been booked for murder, police said.

Seven persons have been booked for allegedly barging into a house and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl. The accused also threatened the victime with dire consequences.
