Uttarakhand : The fire in the forests of Uttarakhand is continuously increasing, as many as 8 districts of the state are in dire gravity. After heavy loss, now there is a danger of fire on Char Dham Yatra.Because the fire is slowly spreading through mountains to residential areas.
This danger is also big on the Chardham yatra, because the travel route is being affected due to the large number of smoke over the Tehri Lake. In such a situation, providing security to the Chardham passengers coming to Uttarakhand’s land from home and abroad has become a challenge for the government.
In view of the situation, the Forest Department has deployed its team on the path of Chardham. But this team of 15 people does not have enough equipment to control the fire. Therefore, the fire is spreading rapidly and if efforts are not made to overcome it soon, then the big crisis on the Char Dham yatra can deepen.
