Lucknow :: CBI investigating Unnao gang rape case has found significant evidence against accused BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar. The CBI says that they have found evidence that Sengar’s involvement in this case is proved. In addition, in the case, there is evidence that there was negligence by the police initially.
The CBI says that after reconstructing the forensic investigation report and the incident, it has come to the conclusion that the charge of gangrape imposed by the victim is correct.
The CBI has so far questioned several people including MLA Shashi Singh, a close associate of MLA Sandhu Sengar, brother of accused MLA Atul Sengar, Kuldeep Sengar, accused in the murder of victim’s father, who was beaten up in the case.
In addition, the CBI also recruited the entire sequence in sequential manner. The statement given by the victim in the statement recorded under the 164 has been found correct in the Reconstruction of Events by the CBI.
In the meanwhile, the CBI has issued a statement and said that the investigation of the case is still going on and the CBI has not shared the issue of getting updates of the case or any significant evidence to reach any conclusions with the media.
