Jammu : On Sunday, before the inauguration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s new Tarakot track, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has started a trial run. On May 19, PM Modi will inaugurate this route
A 6-kilometer stretch from Banganga to Half Marines and provides a tatty free passage from Katra to Bhawan, which specially uses pilgrims. The width of the route is about 20 meters.
Opening of this route will provide relief to the devotees. Horses will not run on this path, so that devotees will not face the situation like Jam on step by step from the traditional route.
On the Tarakot route, 4 refreshments have been made by Shrine Board along with two state-of-the-art eateries, which will be operated by private company Country Inn and Suites. Those who provide food for the devotees as well as other food items.
