In North India, Monday night again the storm and hurricane wreaked havoc. On Monday night, there was strong winds in Delhi-NCR and on Tuesday it is expected to happen. However, the Meteorological Department says that the threat of hurricanes has been delayed in Delhi-NCR. But the possibility of light rain still remains.
Due to the severe thunderstorm, trees fell in many places in northern India, traffic also suffered a lot. Many schools have been ordered to close on Tuesday in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Haryana and Meerut to avoid the damage caused due to the storm.
