New Delhi: At the World Masters Athletics Championship-2022 in Tampere, Finland, 94-year-old Bhagwani Devi made history by capturing the gold medal for India in the 100-meter sprint.
By doing so, the athlete demonstrated that age is just a number and that anyone can succeed in life at any time. In order to win the gold, the 94-year-old from Haryana sprinted the 100 metres in 24.74 seconds.
