For 14 days in July, all banks in the nation will be closed. Some of the bank holidays this month will vary from state to state, though. The following are the July bank holidays:
- On July 1 Banks will be closed (Ratha/Kang Yatra) in Bhubaneswar and Imphal.
- On July 3 (Sunday), all banks nationwide will be closed.
- On July 7 (Kharchi Puja), banks in Agartala will be closed.
- On July 9 In addition to being a second Saturday, when banks are closed worldwide also marks Bakrid, which forces banks in Kerala’s Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram to close.
- On July 10 (Sunday), all banks nationwide will be closed.
- On July 11 (Eid ul-Adha), all banks nationwide will be closed.
- On July 13 (Bhanu Jayanti), banks in Gangtok will be closed.
- On July 14 (Beh Dienkhlam) Shillong’s banks will be closed
- On July 16 (Harela), Dehradun’s banks will be closed.
- On July 17 (Sunday), all banks nationwide will be closed.
- On July 23 (the fourth Saturday), banks will be closed nationwide.
- On July 24 (Sunday), all banks nationwide will be closed.
- On July 26 (Ker Puja), banks in Agartala will be closed.
- On July 31(Sunday), all banks nationwide will be closed.
