You must travel it for yourself……. It is not far, it is within reach Let’s visit Uttarkashi for its greenery

About one and a half kilometers from Rishikesh is a city located in the valley of Varunavrat, which we all know as Uttarkashi. This city is also the headquarters of Uttarkashi district. Because of the Vishwanath temple my first introduction from this city was made in childhood. But the real identity came in 2010 when I came to Madhya Pradesh to evaluate the project of Uttarakhand Tourism Directorate Veer Chandra Garhwali in 2010.
At that time, the district tourism officer was Suresh Yadav who belonged to Lucknow. As my many relations are from Lucknow, due to which we had good connection with each other. And it was a beautiful opportunity to travel and to understand the city, which I have taken a lot of advantage.
