REVOLUTIONIZING YOUR BUSINESS
“INNOVATION, IF NOT ADDING A VALUE, IS A WASTE! INNOVATION HAS TO BE INCREMENTAL IN NATURE”-Mr. Ankush Grover
A raw company started with just 5-6 people with least resources and low-capital is now a poised organization with good amount of man power with company size ranging from 75 to100! “INNOV8 Inc.”, once itself a start-up, is a flourishing organization that aids all other future start-ups today and provides the largest co-working space for the new entrepreneurs in India!
One of the founding members, Ankush Grover, says that the company is posing a new edge to the “ease of doing business” in India. The mind-blowing notion of such a young entrepreneur, in the form of “INNOV8 Inc.”, is now working as a catalyser for PM Modi’s “Start-Up India Programmes”.

“Backed by Y- Combinator, we at INNOV8 Inc. provide some in-house platforms that enable community interactions where you can interact with the lobby of innovators and successful people in the field. They come from different backgrounds and share their ideas and views. Thus, we collaborate and do not compete” -Mr. Grover

FUTURE PROSPECTS
With 12 campuses enjoying its presence wide in over 4 Indian cities, INNOV8 Inc. presently has launched India’s largest co-working centre at Vikhroli, Mumbai, along with a major one at Connaught Place in Delhi and also in Cyber Hub Gurugram. The organization aims to open up 20 new centers by 2020.

THE TRIGGER POINT
The thoughtful Delhiite always wanted to be innovative as an individual and thus to get this monotonous life to an end, this “techie mind” got spurred up with a new idea of boosting the real-estate sector with “revolutionizing the working spaces” and thus created INNOV8 Inc.!

MAKING INDIA A TECH GIANT
All the tech giants are non-Indian firms certainly led and headed by an Indian! This irony baffled him the most and from here a question generated in his mind.
“Indian talent is well accepted by the world; famous example being the Microsoft and Oracle. Then why we are not capable to have our own Indian company at that level? For this I got an idea to develop a platform where Indian start-ups may be created, connected and raised as future Indian big shots”- Mr. Grover

MAN POWER: BIGGEST ASSET
“Capturing right customers at right time was very difficult. But, the product was good so we overcame that phase early”-INNOV8 Inc.
The major challenge according to Ankush was to hire capable and affordable man power besides capital incentive. But, the team of INNOV8 Inc. feels blessed to have initial capital support of their angel investor and co-founder “Dr. Ritesh Malik, who is a MBBS, and is a Howard pass out.
“Two yrs back while hiring we had to ask the interviewee that whether they are ready to work on lesser salaries. This was a very difficult question to ask. We ourselves were very awkward on that front but we couldn’t help because we did not have that much capital. We were left with no choice. But then good part was that we got 4 such dedicated people and all those four of them are working with us even today! That’s a great achievement,” says Grover.
Also, although Govt. is very supportive, Grover feels policies are there but the implementation tool is missing or is difficult to use. The transparency, transferability and the process is absent.

TAKE RISKS, TAKE FEEDBACKS
“We Indians are very much afraid of failures. We are never a good risk takers”, says Mr. Grover

“BEST PRODUCTS ARE MADE BY NOT YOUR ANALYSIS AND DREAMS, BUT FROM EVERYONES FEEDBACKS”
