Swara Bhasker Claims She’s Been Suffering from Mental Health Problems, Blames the Trolls for Brutality
Bhasker confessed that she is seeking medical consultation from doctors to maintain her mental health

After her recent movie “Jahan Chaar Yaar’ failed miserably at the box office, the Bollywood actress Sawara Bhasker chose to open up about her mental health issues in one of her recent interviews.
The actress who played the lead role in the movie, Jahan Chaar Yaar, confessed to seeking medical consultation from doctors to maintain her mental health. The actress further cleared her standby mentioning that she had to seek professional help to battle the ongoing brutal trolling after the release of her recent movie, Jahan Chaar Yaar.
According to the reports, the actress, who has been ailing from some serious mental health issues, has also received death threats on social media.
Swara Bhasker has faced the wrath of right-wing supporters on various social media platforms, including Twitter and Instagram, after she joined the Anti-CAA demonstrations. The Bollywood actress came out in support and lauded the students of Jamia Milia Islamia for raising their voice against the Citizenship (Amendment) act (CAA).
Revealing the brutal trolling against her on the social media, the actress also spoke about the boycott trend that has doomed the Bollywood industry. Bhasker claimed that the ongoing boycott trend in the Bollywood industry is nothing but an ‘exaggerated concept.
The actress emphasized the transformational shift that the audience has made in their streaming experience – and how the audience has moved from theatres to OTT after the pandemic.
“Streaming is becoming the most dominant mode of distribution today and producers no longer earn all of their money from the box office. So, I don’t see films bleeding just because of a boycott call, I see an industry adapting to new economic realities.” The ‘Jahan Chaar Yaar’ actress, mentioned.
The actress, who believes in speaking her heart out with courage without fearing the repercussions, also slammed Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans for putting the allegations of SSR’s ‘murder’ on filmmaker and producer Karan Johar since the time of his demise.
Responding to the frequent attacks of nepotism on Karan Johar, the actress said, “You can say a lot of things about Karan Johar, you can say his films are obnoxious or that you have issues with him for promoting nepotism in the industry, but your dislike and issue with him doesn’t mean that he Is a murderer.”
Swara Bhasker’s latest movie ‘Jahan Chaar Yaar’ was released on Friday, September 16, 2022. The IMDb rating of the movie stands at 1.1, making it the biggest flop movie in the history of Indian cinema. The movie could not even gross an income of 50 lakhs and tanked at the box office without leaving any traces of hope for the makers.
