“Shukravar Ka Waar” Sparks Another War between Manya Singh and Sreejita De
Manya Singh took a brutal dig at Uttaran’s famous actress, Sreejita De, for being a daily soap actress.
Bigg Boss 16’s “shukrawar ka waar” episode has flared another controversy in the Big Boss house. The host of BB16, Salman Khan, surprised the contestants with his grand entry inside the house.
Even though the show has only been on for seven days, the drama and controversies surrounding it have already made headlines. The creators have been working tirelessly to make this season of Big Boss the most successful in history. The show kick started with many unexpected twists and has been doing great on the TRP charts in the very first week.
The recent “Shukrawar Ka Waar” episode managed to put two contestants on fire, quite literally. Daily soap actress, Sreejita De and runner-up for the Miss India title, Manya Singh, were seen locking horns against each other after Salman Khan exited from the Big Boss house. The two contestants got into a heated argument following which, Manya Singh took a brutal dig at Uttaran’s famous actress, Sreejita De, for being a daily soap actress, and said “What are you? Just a television actress”
This wasn’t the end of the heated argument, Manya Singh went ahead and boasted about her title of Miss India. “I was the ambassador of India. What are you? What is your level? You are just a TV actress.” Many shouted while pointing fingers at the TV actress Sreejita De. The conflict between the two was exacerbated after that. Reacting to Manya’s derogatory remark about her profession, the Uttaran actress said “you are a brainless bimbo and never talk to me on this show or outside this house ever again.”
Priyanka Chahar, who has been referred to as “jagat mata” numerous times during the last seven days, tried to resolve the controversy between the two, but failed miserably as Manya asked her to stay out of it. Udaariyan’s famous actress, Priyanka Chahar, asked Sreejita De to be careful with her words when the actress called Manya Singh a ‘dog’ who was following her around.
Later in the “Shukrawar Ka Waar” episode, Sreejita De was seen in a conversation with co-contestants, Archana Guatam and Gori Nagori, where she mentioned that nothing is constant in the industry, whether it’s her job as an actress or Manya’s title of Miss India.
The actress who starred in Kasautii Zindagii Kay also said that one should constantly keep their privileges and ego in control because people don’t wait even a day to forget about you when someone better crosses their sight.
“Jiska aaj level hota hai na, Kal ko yu log bhul jaate hai. 2nd Miss India aayegi, usko yu log bhul jayege. Aaj ko mera show chal rha hai superhit, saare news.. saare channels par mera news. Kalko show band hojayega na, ek mahine mein yu log bhul jaate hai. Ye jo misconception hota haina logo ke dimaag mein ki main ye hu..Kuch nahi hai. Naam Bante Hain Mitt Jaate Hain, Ek Din Bhi Nahi Lagta.” The actress said blatantly.
In the recent promo that was released on Colors TV, the host of Big Boss season 16, Salman Khan was seen schooling Manya Singh for calling herself ‘Angar’ and referring to the rest of the housemates ‘bhangar’.
Manya Singh, who earlier accused Sumbul Touqeer for ‘faking’ her relationship with Shalin Bhanot, has also faced brutal criticism for attacking TV actress Sreejita De and making derogatory remarks about her profession. Many actors, including Arjun Bijlani and Gauahar Khan have slammed Mnaya Singh for her ‘Just a TV actor’ remark.
