Sajid Khan to be evicted? Delhi Commission for Women Chairperson reaches out to I&B minister

As known Sajid Khan’s participation in Bigg Boss 16 has not gone well with the fans and also a few celebrities in general. Notably, he was accused by over 9 women in the country. And now, the filmmaker is facing the risk of ouster.

Regarding the same, Swati Maliwal, Delhi Commission for Women Chairperson, has reached out to the Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur and has asked to take action, demanding the removal of Sajid Khan from the show. Swati tweeted out saying Sajid has been accused by 10 women and all of the complaints show the disgusting mindset of Sajid. Further, Mandana Karimi lashed out when she learned that Sajid Khan has joined Salman Khan’s show. She said that she is quitting Bollywood. According to her, she is done with the industry where there is no respect for women. Mandana was one of the few who came forward and accused Sajid Khan of harassment.

Again, singer Sona Mohapatra also lashed out at the makers and the channel for getting a MeToo-accused person, Sajid Khan, on the show as a contestant. Meanwhile, Payal Rohatgi said that Sajid Khan has a right to grieve and earn money for a living. However, she maintained that Sajid can be taken to court and still fought against the MeToo allegation. She called out Mandana calling her decision to leave Bollywood a drama.
