Akshay Kumar’s much-awaited film Ram Setu will clash with Ajay Devgn’s Thank God at the box office. Post a theatrical release, the film will stream exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. Also starring Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha, the first glimpse of Ram Setu was unveiled by the star cast and makers on September 26. Needless to say, it sure looks intriguing.
Ram Setu First Glimpse Out
The first glimpse of Ram Setu is out now. The almost one-minute video starts with Akshay Kumar stating that he has only three days to save Ram Setu. What follows next is a farrago of action scenes, Akshay wearing an Iron Man kind of suit, underwater diving scenes and a lot of running around. While Jacqueline Fernandez is sparely spread across the video, there is no glimpse of Nushrratt Bharuccha in the teaser.
Sharing the same, Akshay wrote, “Ram Setu ki pehli jhalak…just for you. Made this with a lot of love, hope you like it. Batana zaroor #RamSetu. October 25th. Only in Theatres worldwide.”

Akshay Kumar Shares Ram Setu Update
Taking to his Twitter handle, Akshay Kumar wrote in Hindi, “Judiye hamare sath aur baniye iss romanchak safar ka hissa. Ram Setu ki duniya bhar me pehli jhalak, aaj dopahar 12 baje (Join us and be a part of this exciting journey. The first glimpse of Ram Setu will be out today at 12 noon). Are you all set? #RamSetu. October 25th. Only in Theatres worldwide (sic).”

About Ram Setu
Ram Setu is directed by filmmaker Abhishek Sharma. Akshay will be seen alongside Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharucha. Ram Setu is an action-adventure drama that follows an archaeologist investigating whether Ram Setu is a myth or reality. The film is co-produced by Akshay’s company Cape of Good Films along with Amazon Prime Video, Abundantia Entertainment and Lyca Productions. It is expected to release in theatres on October 25 this year.
