Bigg Boss fans still can not get over season 13, which is one of the most happening seasons to date. The season had Rashami Desai, Sidharth Shukla, Asim Riaz, and Shehnaaz Gill who made it a big hit.

Even after Bigg Boss 14 began, fans still spoke about Bigg Boss 13. No wonder then that Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla was called to kickstart the new season too.

The reason behind Bigg Boss 13’s popularity can be that it had many popular faces which included Sidharth Shukla, Rashami Desai, and Devoleena Bhattacharjee, and not-so-popular ones like Asim Riaz and Shehnaaz Gill who made a permanent place in the hearts of BB viewers.

Again, certain factors worked in Bigg Boss 13’s favor. From controversies to love affairs to emotional drama, the show had it all. The show was such a huge hit that it had to be expanded by a month and instead of January, the finale was held in February.

The Bigg Boss 13 winner was certainly one of the major interests of the show. From his friendships, and banters, to his fights, fans loved it all.

The chemistry of Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill in season 13 was the talk of the season and loved by all. Shehnaaz was quite possessive of Sidharth and she had no suspicions in saying it aloud. She often expressed her love for the actor on the show. While Sidharth and Shehnaaz have their respective fan following, SidNaaz has a dedicated set of fans.

Rashami Desai

Rashami Desai had been offered Bigg Boss several times before 2019. However, she said yes to the 13th season. Dil Se Dil Tak fans were excited to see Sharvari (Rashami Desai) and Parth (Sidharth Shukla) together in real life. Rashami and Shukla were initially generous to each other, but later, they often got into heated arguments. Again, Rashami’s real-life boyfriend Arhaan Khan was also on the show. However, the actress broke up with him after finding out about his daughter.

Asim Riaz

Asim hailing from Jammu won many hearts on Bigg Boss 13 and left behind popular names to become the first runner-up of the show. His journey began on the show as a good friend to Sidharth Shukla. However, both got into major fights and became archnemesis. He also found love in the BB house with singer Himanshi Khurana.

Notably, Bigg Boss 13 ended with a bang, garnering 10.5 million impressions, according to the data released by BARC India. Bigg Boss 13 came to an end on February 15, 2020, with Salman Khan announcing Sidharth Shukla as the winner. Asim Riaz was the runner-up in the show.
