Jacqueline Fernandez Named As Accused By ED In Chargesheet In Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s Money Laundering Case
Jacqueline Fernandez may have gotten herself into more trouble after the ED included her name in a chargesheet in the Sukesh Chandrasekhar case.

Jacqueline Fernandez made headlines when her name was linked to a money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The ED had summoned the actress several times to record her statement in the case. Several stories about the actress dating the conman have also circulated on social media, but Jacqueline has always remained silent and requested privacy. In fact, it was recently revealed how Sukesh first began talking to Jacqueline from inside Tihar Jail in 2021. According to recent reports, the Enforcement Directorate has filed a chargesheet in this case.
According to the Times of India, Jacqueline Fernandez has been named in an Enforcement Directorate chargesheet. According to reports, she may not be arrested right now because the court has yet to take cognizance of the charge sheet, but she may be barred from leaving the country.
According to the Times of India, Jacqueline Fernandez did not respond to messages sent to her by conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar at first. He later approached the actress via her hairdresser. Sukesh reportedly stated in his introduction that he owns a TV network and a jewellery brand. He also claimed to be “close” to Home Minister Amit Shah. According to the report, Jacqueline told the investigators during her interrogation that she had no idea Sukesh was calling her from inside Tihar jail.
Sukesh Chandrasekhar, according to the actress, had only met him twice while on parole. The conman, on the other hand, was in constant contact with the actress via video calls made from his office space inside Tihar jail. Sukesh’s lawyer had previously told the media that Jacqueline was dating him. However, the actor’s representatives denied any involvement with Sukesh. She was questioned by the ED on several occasions, the most recent being on June 27.
