We’re already in the second half of 2022, and a number of films, web series, and characters have wowed us. IMDb released the top ten most popular films and web series of 2022 on Wednesday. The Kashmir Files in films and Campus Diaries in web series, it turns out, have topped the list.
The lists are based on IMDb page views from Indian users. The most popular source for information on movies, TV shows, and celebrities, IMDb, has revealed the most popular Indian films and web series of the year (so far), according to Indian audiences. Rather than relying on box office, small statistical samples, or professional critic reviews, IMDb bases its list on IMDbPro data based on page views of IMDb users in India.
The Kashmir Files topped the list of the most popular Indian films, followed by K.G.F: Chapter 2, RRR (Rise Roar Revolt), Gangubai Kathiawadi, and Vikram.
