Deepika Padukone has been turning heads with her unique and dynamic style statements during the Cannes Film Festival. Every time the leading lady walked down the red carpet, she outperformed herself. The ‘Om Shanti Om’ actress’s look on day 6 went viral, as she looked absolutely stunning. Deepika’s jaw-dropping photos were shared on her Instagram story.
Deepika wore a black Louis Vuitton sleeveless and embroidered gown on the red carpet and oozed charm with her contagious smile. Lace sleeves, a deep V-neck, bareback, glittering feather-like tassels throughout the dress, black sequins embellishment, and a snug design that embraces her body characterize her metallic ensemble.
With her smokey eyeshadow and a high messy ponytail, she looked lovely. Cartier statement diamond rings and diamond earrings, as well as matching black strappy stilettos, completed the look.

The 2022 International Cannes Film Festival began on May 17 and will conclude on May 28. Deepika is one of the eight jury members for this year’s edition, which includes some well-known faces from the world of film. Apart from Deepika, this edition is noteworthy for India as a country since it has been named the official country of honour at the Marche Du Films, commonly known as the Cannes Films Market, which takes place on the fringes of the Cannes Film Festival. Several Indian superstars, including Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Hina Khan, and R Madhavan, attended this year’s event, along with actresses Pooja Hegde, Tamannaah Bhatia, Helly Shah, and Meera Chopra, who made their red carpet debuts. As for Deepika, the actress has been doling out major fashion goals since day 1, some being a hit while some a miss, and recently she was also joined by husband Ranveer Singh as well who flew down to the French city to be by her side.
In the meantime, Deepika will next be seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback flick ‘Pathaan.’ John Abraham will also appear in the film, which is directed by Siddharth Anand. She will also be seen in ‘Fighter,’ which will be released in September of next year, for the first time alongside Hrithik Roshan.
