SYL: Sidhu Moosewala’s first song after his death out, fans get emotional – WATCH!

Fans of the rapper-singer Sidhu Moose Wala received a surprise song three weeks after his untimely passing. A brand-new Sidhu song was made available on Friday night via the late rapper’s official YouTube account. The song’s trailer, SYL, was initially published on Sidhu’s official Instagram profile. Fans raced to the comments section to laud the song with emotion. On May 29, attackers who were reportedly members of Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang assassinated Sidhu in Punjab’s Mansa district.

On Friday night, SYL was posted from Sidhu’s YouTube account, and within an hour of its debut, it had amassed a million views. The song was recorded a few weeks before the later singer’s tragic passing and was written, performed, and sung by him. Sidhu has a number of unpublished songs that will probably eventually be made available to the general audience.

Based on The Punjab Reorganisation Act (1996), the ‘Delhi Chalo’ march, and the Sutlej-Yamuna Link (SYL) canal, the song has been hailed online for “speaking about the true issues of Punjab”.

 

 

Sidhu Moose Wala used to say everything without hesitation through his songs, movie, and concerts. Many times, the singer used to get caught in controversy also owing to the same, but it never stopped him. Sidhu Moose Wala was truly a fearless star.

For those unaware, Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by assailants in Jawaharke village of Punjab’s Mansa district on May 29. The incident took place a day after his security was withdrawn by the Punjab police among 424 others. Delhi Police have arrested three persons, including two main shooters involved in his killing.
