Big Boss Season 15 : From Prateek Sehajpal to Shamita Shetty, Here’s What the Runner Ups of BB15 are up to Now

Big Boss Season 15, which premiered just after the finale of Big Boss OTT, failed to become a hit among the masses. The season kick started with a bang and had some of the most promising contestants, including Nishant Bhatt, Shamita Shetty, Prateek Sehajpal, Karan Kundra and Jay Bhanushali, but the excitement of the audience faded away right in the beginning of the show and the TRPs went downhill. From outdated tasks to old romance angles, Big Boss 15 couldn’t manage to hit the right cords with the audience.

The makers of the show roped in a whole bunch of contestants from the OTT season and we are assuming it to be an illogical move because only Pratik Sehajpal won the ticket to Big Boss season 15, the other contestants including Nishant Bhatt, Shamita Shetty, Raquesh Bappat and Neha Bhasin were just roped into the show forcefully.

Although not quite a hit, the show still didn’t tank on the TRP charts. While Tejaswi Prakash, the winner of Big Boss season 15, has already bagged multiple music albums and a show on Colors TV, here’s what the runner-ups of the show are up to nowadays :

1. Pratik Sehajpal

The angry young lad managed to be the most controversial yet the most loved contestant in Big Boss Season 15. Pratik Sehajpal was the first runner up of the season. His fans and friends from the entertainment industry have applauded Pratik Sehajpal for his evolution in the house of BB15. Although the ex-love school contestant couldn’t win the trophy to BB15, the show has definitely proved to be a turning point in his career in the industry. Pratik has been a part of a couple of different trending music albums. The young lad also appeared in Rohit Shetty’s stunt-based show Khatron Ke Khiladi. Recently, Pratik Sehajpal was seen thanking Ekta Kapoor for offering him his first TV show, Naagin 6.

2. Karan Kundra

Karan Kundra kick started his journey in Big Boss like a roaring King but somehow the spark faded away quite soon. More than winning the show, Kundra was focused on finding love, at least it seemed so. We are happy the King found his Queen, Tejaswi Prakash, on the show. The two are a happy couple now. Karan Kundra has recently been seen hosting a couple of reality shows on television, including Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp and Dance Deewane Juniors.

3. Shamita Shetty

Well, Shamita Shetty has been one of the most criticised contestants in Big Boss 15. The netizens have often trolled the actress for being a product of nepotism. Endemol Shine and the host of the show, Salman Khan, have also been labelled ‘biased’ towards the star. Shamita has been in the headlines for her cat fights with Tejaswi Prakash and for her brimming love story with actor, Raquesh Bappat. The two have recently appeared in a T-Series music video, Tere Vich Rab Disda. The music video was released after the couple decided to part ways. According to sources, the actress is currently shooting for a web-series in Mumbai.
