Big Boss 16 : Friendly Equation Between Gautam Vig and Nimrit Kaur go up for a Toss?

Another captaincy task sparked a new set of rivalries in the big boss house. Gautam Vig and Nimrit Kaur, who have been best friends inside the house since the beginning of the show, were seen locking horns against each other after the recent captaincy task after Big Boss rescued Archana Gautam from the house captaincy that was given to her as a punishment.

After firing Archana Gautam from the house captaincy, big boss immediately asked the contestants to move to the activity area for the upcoming ‘throne’ task for house captaincy. Big boss mentioned that whoever sits on the throne first, would be the next captain of the house. Shiv Thackeray grabbed the throne before Gautam Vig and won the first round of the task.

In the second segment of the task, big boss asked Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and MC Stan to choose one between Shiv Thackeray’s captaincy and house ration. In a shocking trail of events, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia supported Shiv Thackeray and sacrificed the ration in order to make him the next captain of the house. The rushed decision of a famous actress from the daily soap, ‘Choti Sardarni’, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, shocked Gautam Vig, who was later seen lashing out at the actress for supporting Shiv instead of him in the captaincy task.

Nimrit, who has been criticised by the audience and host, Karan Johar, for not being able to perform up to the mark inside the house, gets into an ugly spat with her best friend, Gautam Vig. She was seen lashing out at Gautam for questioning her decision in front of the entire house. The actress further accused Gautam for not being there for her in the low moments.

Contestants including Archana Gautam and Saundarya Sharma were later seen instigating Gautam Vig against Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. The task to grab the captaincy throne has certainly sparked a cold war and a lot of differences between Gautam and Nimrit, who have been sharing a strong bond since the beginning of Big Boss season 16. It will be quite fascinating to watch how their relationship takes a turn in the coming days.
