Being one of the popular reality shows, Bigg Boss arrived with a new season, specially created for the OTT format. The show is available to watch on Voot from 8 August.
What was the show’s format?
The theme went like this Filmmaker and producer Karan Johar hosted the show for the first six weeks. Being the theme of “Stay Connected”, it gave the audience remarkable access, engagement, and interactivity to inundate themselves in the journey of contestants in the house. Further, viewers got access to decide tasks, punishments, and eliminations of the contestants.
Again, they also got a chance to watch exclusive cuts, round-the-clock content drops, and a fully interactive edition.
Well, after the completion of the digital exclusive, the show played seamlessly into Colors with the launch of Season 15 of Bigg Boss.
Who were the contestants?
Neha Bhasin
Popular playback singer in the Indian film industry, Neha Bhasin, is among the first contestants whose appearance on Bigg Boss OTT was confirmed by Voot.
Sima Taparia
Sima Taparia, who became a household name with Netflix’s Indian Matchmaking, too was seen in the show.
Zeeshan Khan
Zeeshan who has been a TV actor and a part of Kumkum Bhagya alongside Shabir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha also joined the show.
Pratik Sehajpal
Pratik was previously a contestant on a season of Ace of Space, in which he was the first runners-up. He later made headings for dating TV actor Pavitra Punia.
Nishant Bhat
