The “Bigg Boss” house will transform into “KJo City” as the Diwali festivities draw near.
Big boss season 16 takes a new unexpected turn as film director Karan Johar has stepped in to host the upcoming episodes of “Bigg Boss 16”, while Bollywood actor Salman Khan is expected to remain off the scene for a couple of weeks after being diagnosed with dengue.
The upcoming weekend ka waar episode will be distinctive and special as Karan Johar will take over the big boss house. The “Bigg Boss” house will transform into “KJo City” as the Diwali festivities draw near.
The previous episode of Big Boss witnessed Shiv Thackeray’s forceful withdrawal from the house captaincy. In a set of unexpected moves, the big boss announced Archana Gautam as the new captain of the big boss house after Shiv Thackeray. Archana Gautam, the “punished captain,” struggled in the big boss house because the housemates were constantly trying to undermine her captaincy.
Shifting to the festive mood, host Karan Johar welcomed the participants to “KJo City,” Johar was seen sharing ‘tadakte’ anecdotes with the housemates, adding more fun to the festive vibe inside the Big Boss house. On the soundtracks of his flicks, he narrates some amusing scenarios and picks up a few competitors to take the stage and act them out. To perform the most famous “Channa Mereya” song from his film “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil,” Karan calls Priyanka and Ankit Gupta, but with a role reversal! Ankit portrays Anushka Sharma, while Priyanka plays Ranbir Kapoor. Ankit picks Priyanka up in his arms, stunning everyone with his loving side.
In his weekend ka waar debut, Karan Johar also scrutinises Gori Nagori about her abusive behaviour after Gori and Archana got into a major brawl. An Indian tradition is to do “Saaf Safai” before Diwali, and Karan follows suit by executing “Mann ki Safai” in the “Bigg Boss” house. Everyone is asked to identify a housemate who needs “Mann ki safai” the most and splash water on them, in the task proposed by Karan.
In an intriguing turn of events, the majority of the housemates, including MC Stan, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, and Tina Dutta, among others, splashed water on Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. After the ‘mann ki Safayi’ task, it will be quite interesting to see how this “safai” triggers Priyanka to rage a war against the against the contestants who voted against her in the task.
