ALERT! No Wake Up Song and No Immunity from Captaincy Task in BB16, Big Boss Turns Around the Dynamics of The Show
The very first episode of Big Boss season 16 came as a major shock to the contestants as well as the netizens.

The makers of the show ’Big Boss’ are leaving no stone unturned to make the ongoing Season 16 the grandest of all and, with the crazy dose of drama & an avalanche of unexpected twists in the show, we are not even complaining. In a promo that was released before the premiere of the show, the makers of Big Boss warned the contestants of the show to brace themselves because, after witnessing the gameplay of contestants for 15 long years, Big Boss himself would play the game this year. With the recent developments in the show, we can clearly see what the makers actually meant.
The very first episode of Big Boss season 16 came as a major shock to the contestants as well as the netizens. Big Boss broke the 15-year-long ritual of ‘wake up song’ and made it clear that the contestants would have to wake up to the morning alarm and would have to assemble in a straight line in the garden area within five minutes and sing the ‘big boss anthem’.
The development has left the netizens shocked and disappointed. Many of them have asked the makers of the show to bring back the 15-year-long legacy of Big Boss – the wake up song, back. The disappointed netizens took to their official Twitter accounts and openly criticised the makers of Big Boss for copying the format of Kangana Ranaut’s show Lock Upp, which had a morning anthem ritual.
In another shocking revelation, Big Boss mentioned that the captaincy task would not provide a week-long immunity this season. Big Boss further mentioned that he will keep an eye on the captain for the entire week and can fire the captain for even one slight mistake. The recent developments in the rules of Big Boss house have shocked the contestants. Nimrit Kaur, the current captain of the Big Boss house, was seen putting in extra efforts to sustain her captainship.
The 16 contestants who have entered the controversial Big Boss house include Sumbul Touqeer, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Soundarya Sharma, Ankit Gupta, Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary, Abdu Rozik, Shalin Bhanot, Manya Singh, Archana Gautam, Gautam Vig, Sajid Khan, MC Stan and a few more.
