Reliance Retail Limited has formed a long-term partnership with Gap Inc. to bring the American clothing retailer Gap to India. Reliance Retail has become the official retailer for Gap across all channels in India thanks to a long-term franchise agreement. Gap’s latest fashion offerings will be introduced to Indian consumers through a mix of exclusive brand stores, multi-brand store expressions, and digital commerce platforms by Reliance Retail.

The collaboration aims to capitalise on Gap’s position as a leading casual lifestyle brand, as well as Reliance Retail’s established competencies in operating robust omni-channel retail networks, scaling local manufacturing, and driving sourcing efficiencies.
