This year, Maruti Suzuki is coming up with Three New faces. Know more here

Maruti Suzuki is expected to introduce three new vehicles this year, including the new-generation Vitara Brezza, the Alto, and an all-new mid-size SUV. The redesigned Brezza will have a better look and more functions. Though the firm has not revealed the cars’ official debut dates, we anticipate the new Brezza arriving in June and the new Alto and mid-size SUV arriving around the 2022 holiday season.

Let’s have a look at some of the next Maruti Suzuki car models’ essential features and other characteristics.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza 2022

The popular Maruti Brezza SUV will get a new generation model from Maruti Suzuki. It is projected to have a more appealing interior/exterior design, as well as improved features and performance. The vehicle will be redesigned with new styling and a 1.5L K15C naturally aspirated petrol engine with 103 horsepower and 137Nm of torque. Along with the conventional 5-speed manual transmission, a new 6-speed automatic transmission will be available. According to reports, the company may remove the SHVS mild hybrid system from the powertrain and replace it with a CNG version.

The new-generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza will be safer and lighter than the previous model. A larger and improved infotainment system with wireless smartphone connectivity, wireless smartphone charging, a 360-degree camera, Head-Up Display (HUD), and linked car technology will be among the SUV’s other features.

The new Maruti Alto is expected to debut in July or August this year, with production beginning by the end of June. It will be longer and wider than the current hatchback. It will have a new design thanks to its crossover-like posture and smoother roofline. The new model, though, will have the company’s characteristic boxy design. It will be built on the Heartech platform, which is used in the brand’s most recent vehicles.

A touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity, a semi-digital instrument console, an engine start/stop button, and keyless entry are all possibilities. The present 796cc petrol engine will be retained in the new Maruti Alto 2022, paired with a new 1.0L K10C petrol unit. A CNG variant of the hatchback is also possible.

Mid-size SUV from Maruti Suzuki

According to sources, Maruti is working on a new mid-size SUV with Toyota, which is expected to debut around the Christmas season of 2022. The forthcoming Toyota mid-size SUV will share its platform (Toyota’s TNGA-B), design components, amenities, and engines with the new ne SUV. Both versions, however, will have distinct looks and will be sold through the respective carmakers’ showrooms.

The next Maruti SUV is expected to have two petrol engines, each combined with a mild or strong hybrid system. A diesel engine will not be available. ADAS, linked car technology, HUD (Head-Up Display), a 360-degree camera, and other modern features are expected to be included in the model.
