For riders wishing to move up to the 600cc and 1,000cc classes, the Japanese manufacturer’s Ninja 300 was in strong demand.
The company hopes to boost its game with the Ninja 400 by providing a powerful parallel-twin motor.
The motorcycle has alloy wheels and LED headlights.
The 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400 boasts twin LED headlights, a clip-on handlebar, a 14-liter muscular fuel tank, and a fully faired body with Kawasaki Racing Team colours.
Also available are split-style seats, an upswept exhaust, and a streamlined tail section with an LED taillamp.
The bike’s 17-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels with lime green pinstripes and a semi-digital instrument cluster.
A 399cc engine with 44 horsepower powers it.
A 399cc, parallel-twin engine, liquid-cooled, that is BS6 compatible and produces a maximum power output of 44.3 horsepower and a maximum torque output of 37 Nm powers the new Kawasaki Ninja 400. The gearbox has a slipper and an assist clutch and is 6-speed.
Dual-channel ABS is installed on the motorcycle.
The 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400 has dual-channel ABS to enhance overall braking performance and disc brakes on both the front and back wheels for the rider’s safety.
The motorcycle’s suspension consists of a pre-load adjustable mono-shock unit in back and 41mm telescopic forks up front.

At the launch ceremony, Kawasaki will provide information about the cost and sale of the 2022 Ninja 400 in India. The bike is anticipated to cost roughly Rs. 5.25 lakh (ex-showroom).
