Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Babli Bouncer’ starring Tamannaah Bhatia to release on Sept 23 on OTT

The release date for Director Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming film ‘Babli Bouncer’ has been announced by Star Studios and Junglee Pictures.

The film, starring Tamannaah Bhatia, will be released on Disney+ Hotstar on September 23, 2022 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

The coming-of-age feel good story with a slice-of-life comedic tone set in the real ‘bouncer town’ of North India – Asola Fatepur will see Tamannaah Bhatia in a never seen before avatar, as Babli Bouncer.

Sharing the first look on Instagram, Bhatia wrote, “Oye bawale suna kya? Aa gaya hai Babli Bouncer ka time! Dilon ko yeh jodegi, ya khub hadiyaan todegi? Pata chalega jald hi!”

“For me, the most special thing while shooting for ‘Babli Bouncer’ was that while we were busy shooting a film, we were also creating and living a parallel real life which was filled with goodness, positivity and people who were supportive and idealistic. This energy helped me translate my emotions on screen,” Tamannaah had earlier said in a statement.

‘Babli Bouncer,’ produced by Star Studios and Junglee Pictures, is directed by Madhur Bhandarkar and stars Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead, as well as Saurabh Shukla, Abhishek Bajaj, and Sahil Vaid in supporting roles.
