Joe Jonas and his wife Sophie Turner have announced the arrival of their second child together. Singer Joe and actress Sophie are already proud parents to daughter Willa. The couple expanded their family and welcomed another baby girl. Game of Thrones actress Sophie confirmed she and her husband Joe were expecting their second child in an interview in May.
The actress gushed at that time, “It’s what life is about for me raising the next generation.” The actress added, “The greatest thing in life is seeing my daughter go from strength to strength. We’re so excited to be expanding the family. It’s the best blessing ever.” In the days leading up to the arrival of their baby, Joe said he was ‘excited’ about his growing family and “less nervous” for the arrival of his second child than his first.
The singer shared, “You really don’t know what to expect. I think [I’m] maybe a little less nervous [this time], but I’m just excited. It’s such an amazing part of life.” Sophie had sparked speculation she is expecting a second child as she and Joe were spotted out together this year. The actress finally confirmed her happy news as she and Joe posed together on the red carpet of the Met Gala.
Jonas and Turner married in a surprise ceremony in Las Vegas in May 2019 before saying “I do” again the following month in France. The exciting baby news comes just days after Joe’s brother Nick Jonas and his wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas welcomed a child via surrogate. “We are overjoyed,” the singer wrote on Instagram about the arrival of their baby girl, Malti Marie. Kevin Jonas, the older brother, has two children with his wife Danielle, whom he married in December 2009.
