A sensational spell from Aussie speedster Josh Hazlewood, following a remarkable half-century from skipper Faf du Plessis powered Royal Challengers Bangalore to a sensational 18-run win over Lucknow Super Giants at DY patil stadium in Mumbai on Tuesday.

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) won the toss and invited Bangalore to bat first. A captain’s knock from Faf du Plessis (96 runs) helped RCB post a respectable 181/6 against Lucknow. The Bangalore-based franchise was off to a poor start as Sri Lankan pacer Dushmantha Chammera bagged two early wickets in the first over to put Lucknow on top.
